In Pittsburgh, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Pennsylvania on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 10 AM–1 AM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (412) 621-7700. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, 412pizzapronto.com.

Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Pittsburgh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I ordered delivery through GrubHub. The food got here in a reasonable amount of time despite it being rush hour, maybe around 50-55 minutes from order to delivery. The food was still very hot and fresh when it arrived, which is incredible because delivery has a tendency to be cooled slightly by the time I receive it from other places. We ordered a gyro pizza, a mushroom and olive pizza with white sauce, a fish hoagie and fries. Everything was very tasty! The fries were not crispy, but delivery typically does that because of condensation in the package from the heat. At least they were hot and tasted good! The gyro pizza was phenomenal. The mushroom/olive pizza was very good. The fish was cooked perfectly, not overdone. Was our first time ordering from Pronto, but won't be our last!

They advertise a gluten free pizza menu. But it's cooked with regular pizza so it gets cross contaminated. So, no there is no gluten free pizza. I am thankful they were honest when I asked so I didn't get sick.

I love to stop by here during errands and get something quick to go, I usually go for the fried pickles, which have never let me down. Food comes out fast, and if you’re waiting inside, there’s sweet artwork by local artists to check out. great stuff!

Actual, old fashioned, not too sweet NY style cheesecake!!!! Holy whatever! I used to have to bake my own, and that takes almost half a day. Takes me back... The pizza is really good too, so is the pasta. Service is always friendly. Atmosphere? If you have to wait 15 minutes for your order, you'll wish you had more time. The art work is a lot to take in.

I don’t often leave reviews, when I do it’s usually because I’ve had a meal so good I’ve been moved to shout it from the rooftops. When food is bad I typically just make a mental note to never go back. Tonight is the rare occasion where the food is so bad I’m embarrassed on the restaurant’s behalf. I had a very specific craving for Cajun pasta and while searching for that as a keyword on Grubhub I came upon this place. The reviews were decent so I decided to give them a try. I usually like to order more than one thing when trying a new place so seeing that they had multiple wing options (breaded or not, multiple seasonings to choose from) I assumed that had to be something they do well there and ordered a six piece buffalo wings unbreaded. 5 stars to the delivery driver who arrived early, but the pros stop there. The wings looked like they were pulled out of the garbage and refried. Most had half the meat missing off them and were simply, fried bones. The couple that looked intact were so over-cooked the meat was like a mulch texture. I took one bite just out of morbid curiosity and it was revolting. I don’t know how a cook could see these and throw them in the fryer let alone s
